Kaoru Ogisawa ("Ogi") has worked closely alongside designer Gin Seok Song for several years. Ogi is an extreme maneuvers specialist, and plays a vital role in the development and testing of GIN gliders.Married with 2 children, he lives in Toyama on the west coast of Japan. A large part of his time is spent on the road - testing gliders, competing internationally and promoting Gin Gliders in Japan.
Norman Lausch was born in 1975 in Thüringen - East Germany. Before the fall of the wall in 1989 flying was not allowed there. Norman started paragliding together with his father, when he was 16 years old. 
Se Yong is the main GIN test pilot. He is married with 2 children and lives in Yongin, Korea close to the GIN head quarters. He is one of the founders of Gin Gliders. He has worked as a test pilot with Gin Seok Song for almost 20 years.
Francois Bon is a part of the Gin Gliders staff as test pilot for Paragliding and Speed Flying, but also Team pilot for Acro and Speed Flying.
